At our exclusive stores, items in sizes 00m, 0m, and 3 months can be exchanged within 180 days 👶. All other items can be exchanged within 45 days.
Important: Fragrances, socks, hair accessories, pacifier holders, and shirt bows cannot be exchanged 🚫.
Products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, with their original packaging and hangtags in good condition. 🏷️
You may exchange the product for another size or choose any other item from the brand, subject to stock availability. If there is a price difference in your favor, you may use it as partial payment toward another product. Cash refunds are not available. 💵
If the price difference is in favor of the brand, you will need to pay the difference to receive the higher-priced product. 💲

Present your purchase invoice or exchange receipt at any of our exclusive stores 🏬. You may bring the items you wish to exchange, and the process will always be free of charge ✅. Check our store addresses and opening hours HEREHERE.
Please note that exchange policies at multi-brand stores may vary depending on the retailer 🛒. We cannot guarantee exchanges at non-exclusive stores.
Cash refunds are not available at physical stores 💸.

Yes, but returns are only accepted for purchases made through our online store 🌐. Items purchased in person cannot be returned at our physical stores.
